◆ 服務條款

本使用條款將構成您與本平台（以下簡稱「噹鉤工作室」）及所購買商品之使用相關法律關係之完整條款，請仔細閱讀。當您使用本平台服務或購買商品時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本使用條款之所有內容。

1. 噹鉤工作室有權於任何時間修改或變更本使用條款之內容，建議您隨時注意此修改與變更。

2. 您於任何修改或變更後繼續使用噹鉤工作室服務或購買商品時，視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受該等修改或變更。

3. 若您未滿二十歲，應於法定代理人（或監護人）同意之情形下，始得透過本平台進行購買。當您完成購買行為時，視為已取得法定代理人之同意。

◆ 線上訂購須知

1. 除本約定條款外，商品銷售網頁及訂購流程中所呈現之資訊（包含交易條件、限制及說明等），皆為契約之一部分。

2. 當您依照噹鉤工作室網頁所定方式完成訂購程序，即表示您同意本條款及所有相關交易條件。

3. 您所填寫之資料（如地址、電話）如有變更，應立即透過會員中心或客服中心修改，不得以資料不符為由否認訂購或拒絕付款。

4. 完成訂購後，系統將以電子郵件或其他方式發送通知信，但該通知僅代表已收到訂單資訊，並不代表交易完成或契約成立。

5. 噹鉤工作室保留是否接受訂單之權利。若因價格錯誤、庫存不足或系統異常等情況無法提供商品，將主動通知取消訂單並全額退款。除已支付金額外，不負其他責任。

6. 所有標示為「建議售價」、「折扣價」等價格，僅為參考性資訊，不代表實際成交價格。

7. 商品運費之計價與負擔方式，依各商品頁面與訂購流程說明為準。

8. 對於無償取得之購物金或點數，噹鉤工作室得隨時修改其價值或回收。

9. 所有交易均以電子文件方式進行，系統將記錄相關資料，您亦可於會員中心查詢，如有錯誤應立即聯繫客服。

◆ 其他約定

1. 您同意，若噹鉤工作室依法需負擔賠償或補償責任，其上限為該筆交易實際支付金額。

◆ 準據法及管轄權

1. 所有交易及本條款，均以中華民國法律為準據法。

2. 如發生訴訟，除法律另有規定外，以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

◆ 退貨與退款

1. 若商品存在瑕疵，您可申請全額退費。

2. 您可依《消費者保護法》第十九條第一項行使相關權利。

3. 退貨退款之方式與條件，依各商品頁面及客服中心公告為準。

4. 退回商品須保持完整（包含商品、贈品、附件、包裝及所有文件），否則噹鉤工作室有權拒絕退貨退款申請。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement governing the legal relationship between you and this platform (hereinafter referred to as “Dango Studio”) regarding the use of services and purchase of products. Please read them carefully. By using this platform or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained herein.

  1. Dango Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. You are advised to review them periodically for any changes.

  2. Your continued use of the services or purchase of products after any modifications shall be deemed as your acceptance of such changes.

  3. If you are under the age of 20, you must obtain consent from your legal guardian before making any purchases. By completing a purchase, you are deemed to have obtained such consent.

Online Ordering Policy

  1. In addition to these Terms, all information displayed on product pages and during the ordering process (including transaction terms, limitations, and descriptions) forms part of the contract.

  2. By completing the order process according to the procedures set by Dango Studio, you agree to these Terms and all applicable transaction conditions.

  3. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information (such as address and phone number) is accurate and up to date. Any changes should be promptly updated via the member center or customer service. You may not deny an order or refuse payment due to incorrect information.

  4. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or other means. This notification only indicates that your order has been received and does not constitute acceptance of the order or completion of the transaction.

  5. Dango Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any order. In cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or system issues, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. No additional liability shall be assumed beyond the refunded amount.

  6. Any prices labeled as “Suggested Retail Price,” “Discount Price,” or similar are for reference only and do not represent actual transaction prices in specific regions, stores, or time periods.

  7. Shipping fees and responsibilities shall be determined based on the information provided on each product page and during the checkout process.

  8. Dango Studio reserves the right to modify the value or revoke any promotional credits or reward points granted free of charge.

  9. All transactions are conducted electronically. Dango Studio will maintain electronic records of transactions, which you may access through your account. If any discrepancies are found, you must contact customer service immediately.

Additional Provisions

  1. You agree that if Dango Studio is liable for any damages or compensation, such liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the disputed transaction.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. All transactions and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

  2. In the event of any dispute, unless otherwise required by law, the Taichung District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.

Returns and Refunds

  1. If the product you received is defective, you may request a full refund.

  2. You may exercise your rights in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

  3. Return and refund procedures and conditions shall be subject to the descriptions on each product page and customer service policies.

  4. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents. Otherwise, Dango Studio reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.
